What Is A 'Projection Room' DVD Really Like?
'The Projection Room' DVDs...

The serials we continue to produce were never originally intended for DVD (or even VHS!) release, but nevertheless we have compiled each one to create a DVD release akin to the BBC 'Classic Series' DVDs.
Each release is packaged in a professional clear DVD case with a bespoke sleeve insert, which includes artwork specially designed for the story, and these are shown down the side of this page. This artwork is used on the DVD discs inside to lend an additional professional touch.
The DVDs themselves are constructed with menu-screens, chapter selections and a wealth of extra features as well as the occasional 'easter-egg' extras.
Below is a short featurette detailing what you can expect from a 'Projection Room' DVD.
Each release is available to buy but the cost is simply to cover the outlay for blank DVD discs, cases, labels and insert-sleeves, as well as postage & packaging. We are not a profit-making venture and produce our stories primarily for the enjoyment and creative reward they provide.
How the costings work:
Quite simply the cost of each release is determined by the materials it is made up of, as follows
DVD labels = 20p, DVD cases = 30p, DVD discs = 50p, DVD colour gloss sleeves = 50p
A single-DVD release (such as 'The Crystal of Achillon', 'The Invisible Opiate', 'The Deadly Alliance' and 'A Stich in Time'), made up of one disc with label in a case with a sleeve, would be
£1.50
A double-DVD release (such as 'Gene Genius'), made up of one case and sleeve but two discs with labels, would be
£2.50
A Triple-DVD release (such as 'Masterplan' or 'The Schrodinger Effect'), made up of one case and sleeve but three discs and labels, would be £3.00
The mini-episode 'Phantoms from the Future', being a short-production, is released as an insert-disc (i.e in a square CD sleeve rather than a full DVD case) and is £1.00
This brings a complete set of separate DVDs to just £15.50, although we often produce complete sets in a presentation sleeve which brings the total to £16.00.
